The hotel has been renovated in November 2003, and has been completely renewed from in and outside - the rooms, hall ways, elevators and bathrooms.

Harmoniously inserted in the landscape by the medieval Franciscan Monastery at the western end of the bay, stands a villa made of stone - The Villa Vilina, the Šimunović-Vilina family hotel opened in the summer of 2002. with three suites and fourteen rooms and with the bay and the sandy beach right at hand from a beautiful large terrace in front.
