Hotel "Lovran" - completely renovated and modernized in spring 2003 - in the town center, is located in a beautiful park in a superb location directly by the sea, surrounded with always green Mediterranean flora.

On July 10th 2005 Hotel Park Lovran opened its doors in order to provide You, our distinguished guests and business partners, a completely new and widely recognized facility on the Kvarner Bay.

In the year 2003 Villa Eugenia was completely redecorated and turned into a modern villa with 15 luxurious rooms and all other amenities according to the highest standards of the modern active rest. All the room have air-conditioning systems and are decorated so as to please the most fastidious guests.

Completed in 1905 in Venetian Floral Gothic style, the Villa was designed by the well-known architect and master-builder, Atilio Maguolo, for the Guerra family. The exterior surface and windows of the villa are richly ornamented and well preserved.
